A unique yoga class that blends traditional Indian practices with the timeless wisdom of Japanese and Eastern philosophy.
Rooted in Hatha Yoga, with elements of Tantra and Kundalini, this class is designed to harmonize mind, skill, and body — inspired by the Japanese concept of Shin-Gi-Tai (心技体), which emphasizes the unity of mental clarity (shin), refined technique (gi), and physical strength and awareness (tai).
Through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, we explore a holistic approach to yoga that not only nurtures the body but also deepens your inner awareness. Drawing inspiration from Zen and Eastern teachings, this practice invites you to reconnect with your true essence and awaken your inner energy.

The sessions primarily focus on traditional Tantra Yoga, but we also offer a variety of other styles such as Kundalini Yoga and Therapy Yoga upon request.

Holistic Yoga is a yoga approach that uses yoga philosophy and techniques to promote not only physical, but also mental and spiritual health, as well as self-exploration and inner growth.
Holistic Yoga combines asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, visualization, and more to promote physical, mental, and spiritual health. It integrates each element to achieve balance between the inner and outer selves.
My classes offer a variety of traditional yoga techniques such as Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Tantra Yoga. It is not necessary to have prior experience in yoga or to perform difficult poses, as the focus is on being true to one's own body and mind, and aligning the spirit. Holistic Yoga is a practice that aims to cultivate harmony within oneself.

NIHONGO YOGA
Community-based Nihongo yoga provides yoga classes in Japanese for people who are interested in Japanese culture. This type of yoga is designed for people to come together and enjoy yoga with their local community or with like-minded individuals. We would go through yoga sequences together as well as learn simple Japanese phrases, with no prior language skills required. Learning yoga together can help deepen connections, share information, communicate, and provide mutual empathy and support among multiple individuals.

Yoga therapy is a personalized therapy that uses the philosophy and techniques of yoga to promote physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Yoga therapy is used to address a variety of physical and mental health concerns, including pain and disabilities, stress, anxiety, depression, musculoskeletal disorders, respiratory disorders, digestive disorders, diseases caused by lifestyle, and obesity. A personalized therapy is created using asana, pranayama, meditation, visualization, mantra, relaxation, and dietary suggestions.
Yoga therapy can be integrated with Western medicine and can be used in collaboration with healthcare providers and therapists to aid the healing process. Additionally, preventive yoga practices are recommended to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
The goal of yoga therapy is to promote physical, mental, and spiritual health. By undergoing yoga therapy, one can experience improvements in physical pain and discomfort, reduction in stress and anxiety, restoration of mind-body balance, and deepening of self-awareness aiding inner exploration.

PRIVATE LESSON
Private lessons are conducted online and are tailored to each individual's pace and needs. We can discuss and develop a program based on your preferences, such as learning Ashtanga Yoga or Tantra Yoga, or if you have difficulty learning in group classes.
Holistic yoga or yoga therapy is not a modern form of yoga that focuses only on physical movement and flexibility. Traditional yoga, as it has been taught since ancient times, is all about balancing the body and energy, mind and soul, and maintaining a healthy spirit and body. Both yoga therapy and holistic yoga are about physical and mental healing as well as spiritual growth. What is Yoga Therapy: Disease is defined as dysfunction of the body, mind and psychic energy (prana).
To be free from disease, the cause of the dysfunction must be corrected and the body system must be allowed to function normally. Yoga Therapy is a programme designed to repair the damage caused by illness and for the purpose of both disease prevention, as well as treatment.
